Dr. R. M. Jha, Associate Prof. of English, B. K. Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pilani, India. A product of Sidhu Kanhu University, Dumka (Jharkhand), Dr. Radha Madhab Jha started his teaching career at Khetri, Rajasthan in July 2000. He moved on to join P.G. Deptt. of English, Saboo College Pilani in July 2003. And then to BRCM College of Engineering & Technology, Bahal, Haryana in July 2008. Presently; he is working as an Associate Professor of English in B.K. Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pilani, India. He has accomplished his M.A. (English) in 1998 and got First Class First. He did his Ph.D. on George Orwell “His Mind and Art” in 2002 from S.K.M. University, Dumka, Jharkhand. There are number of research papers in different reputed national and international journals to his credit in the field of English literature and language. He presented many papers in National and International conferences. He authored five books. At Present; his three books are waiting for publications i.e. “Ten Great Personalities of India” “Poetry, The Real Source of Pleasures and Happiness” and “Modern English Grammar”. His area of expertise is fiction, Poetry, linguistics and communication Skills in English. He is also one of the Coordinators of EFSLE for its Rajasthan Region.
