Mrs. Bharti Rai (b. 1986) is working as an Assistant Professor, Dept. of English, H.D. Jain College, Ara, Bhojpur, Bihar since 08.05.2017. She has completed her Graduation in English Hons. in 2007 from BHU, Varanasi and Post Graduation in English (2009) from BHU, Varanasi. She is pursuing her Ph.D. degree from BHU, Varanasi, Dept. of English, on Gender and Identity Issues in the selected novels of Shashi Deshpande and Manju Kapur . She has presented several research papers in national and international seminars and many of his research papers have been published in different books and journals.
She is a lifetime member of EFSLE and also an Executive Council Member (ECM) for its Bihar Region.
