In Rajasthan EFSLE has established its Executive Councils in Four different Regions in the state:
- Rajasthan-Central – This Region comprises of Two Divisions of the state –
- Jaipur Division (including Seven Districts of Alwar, Dausa, Jaipur, Jhunjhunu, Khairthal-Tijara, Kotputli-Behror and Sikar) and
- Ajmer Division (including Six Districts of Ajmer, Beawar, Bhilwara, Didwana-Kuchaman, Nagaur and Tonk).
EFSLE has initiated the LEGH movement in this region for the first time in Jaipur establishing its Executive Council.
In Rajasthan- East region EFSLE initiated in December 2017 appointed its first Coordinator.

- Rajasthan- West & South – This Region comprises of two Divisions of the state –
- Jodhpur Division (consists of Eight Districts of Balotra, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jalore, Jodhpur, Pali, Phalodi and Sirohi) and
- Udaipur Division (consists of Seven Districts of Banswara, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Salumbar and Udaipur).
EFSLE has recently established its new Executive Council in Rajasthan covering its West and South Regions.

- Rajasthan- North – This Region comprises of Bikaner Division including Four Districts of Bikaner, Churu, Hanumangarh and Sri Ganganagar.
