Sheweta Magotra, a research scholar, presently pursuing her Ph.d in the Department of English, University of Jammu. Her research and publication interests include Post- colonialism and Gender studies with specific reference to Third Space and Black Feminism. She has made several presentations on various subjects ranging from Psychoanalism to Eco- criticism.
Her interest area is aptly associated with the issues concerned with the LEGH Movement (Literature, Environment, Gender and Human Rights). She is a lifetime member of FSLE-India, an International Socio- Ecoliterary Organization working in the field of Ecocriticism. She has also been appointed as one of the Executive Council Members (ECM) of EFSLE for its Jammu Region.
