Garima Mahara

Garima Mahara is a Ph.D scholar in English Literature at the University of Lucknow, earned her M.A. from Amity University, Noida. Her master’s research explored feminist perspectives in the works of Anita Desai, Shashi Deshpande, and Anita Nair, as well as Gothic elements in Robert Louis Stevenson’s “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” and religious themes in Graham Greene’s novels. She taught as a Guest Faculty in the National Law University, Odisha. Garima holds certificates in various disciplines. Her personal strength includes creativity, flexibility, and perseverance. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, writing, and traveling, enhancing her literary understanding and worldly perspective.

She is a lifetime member of EFSLE and also one of the ECMs (Executive Council Member) of its Uttar Pradesh-Central Executive Council.
