Vijayalakshmi is an Independent Scholar based in New Delhi. She has a degree in Psychology. She is an activist who is environmental conscious. She is a good artist who shows her skill in Madhubani painting.
She is the Treasurer of EFSLE since it was established. She is also among those few founder members of EFSLE when it was known as ASLE-Delhi.
