Dr Shyaonti Talwar, a professional with a career spanning 15 years in English Language and Literature, with a long association with media and a rich experience as a voice-over artist, currently working as an Assistant Professor of English for undergraduate and postgraduate students in a degree college affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra, India. She obtained her PhD from Mumbai University, CELTA and TKT (Modules 1, 2 and 3) from Cambridge Assessment English, of the University of Cambridge. She customizes and conducts training programmes in Pedagogy, Business English, Communication Skills, Creative Writing, Classroom Management, Teaching Techniques, Interactive Grammar, Lesson Planning, General ELT, Integrating Language and Literature in the classroom, Content and Language Integrated Learning, Critical Thinking and Soft Skills. She is Well-versed in ELT (English Language Teaching) techniques and postmodern approaches in language teaching.
Her areas of interest include ELLT: English Language and Literature Teaching, Critical Theory, Cultural Studies and Gender Studies.
She is a lifetime member of EFSLE and she has also been appointed as one of the Executive Council Members (ECM) for its Maharashtra Region.
