Dr Susan Alexander is Assistant Professor and Head, PG Dept of English, St Cyril’s College (An aided College affiliated to the University of Kerala), Adoor. She had secured the First Rank for BA English Language and Literature from the University of Kerala and second Rank for MA from the same University. She joined the college in 2009. Her area of interest is Environment and Literature especially poetry. She has co-edited two books 1. Transculturation in the Contemporary British and American Poetry and 2. Transcending Borders and Cultures: Shifting Paradigms in Contemporary Poetry. She has presented several papers in India and one in USA also besides publishing articles on American and Australian poetry.
She is a lifetime member of EFSLE and she has also been appointed as one of the Executive Council Members (ECM) for its Kerala-South Region.
