Jyotirmoy Sil is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English, Malda College, Malda, West Bengal. His research interests include neo-Victorian literature, queer literature, tribal culture and folklore. His articles have been published in a few international journals and he has presented papers in several national and international seminars and conferences. He is also a dilettante poet and his English and Bengali poems have been published in several magazines.
He is a life member of EFSLE and also one of the Coordinators of its West Bengal- North Region.
