Dr. Mohammad Aslam is doctorate in Public Administration and has over ten years of work experience in academia, consulting, programme management and technical backstopping as a consultant as well as a researcher in areas of core government functions including public service delivery, governmental training, and administrative reforms. He has also worked in research project pertaining to Reforms in Public Sector Undertakings, Environment, Water Supply & Sanitation, and Regulatory Framework for using Ground Water in India. He has been involved in the evaluation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes. His key strength is an intimate knowledge of how government works. He has successfully worked with senior civil servants and have adequate knowledge of the state of art in Governance and Public Management domain. Besides, He had also engaged in teaching as a guest faculty in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), DoPT, Govt. of India to deliver lectures on Public Administration, Public Policy, and Sensitization of Government officials on Social, Economic and Educational conditions of Muslim Community in India to the CSS officers.
He worked as Assistant Professor in Public Administration from 22nd October 2011 to 19th June 2015 in the College of Business Administration, University of Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also worked as the Chairman of the Management and IS Department in the College of Business Administration, University of Hail, KSA from 3rd November 2014 until 19th June 2015. Currently, he has been working as Assistant Professor in Public Administration, Department of Political Science, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh since August 20, 2018. He is also an Executive Council Member of EFSLE for its UP West Region.
