Dr. Uttiya Chattopadhyay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at The Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata.
He is a lifetime member of EFSLE and also an Executive Council Member (ECM) of its West Bengal (South) Region of West Bengal.
