J. Edwin Moses serves as Assistant Coordinator at IGNOU and is associated with Bishop Heber College Puthur, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu and IGNOU, teaching English.
He is a lifetime member of EFSLE and also an Executive Council Member (ECM) of its North-Eastern Region of Tamil Nadu.
