Note:
- All the accommodation are booked from the 4th afternoon (after 1 pm) to the 7th June morning (11 am). [Some of the rooms are booked as per the specific requirements]
- All the meals are included- Breakfast will be provided in the respectable hotels only. Meals (Lunch will be served at the conference venue only)

Lunch: at the conference venue only
Dinner: At the hotel only (if opted)
- One extra meal of the 4th evening will also be considered for the registered guests. And 7th breakfast is also provided before the check out.
- Apart from all the other expenses or any extra meal will be borne by the participants only.
